Gifting
Can I include a message that the gift recipient sees?
Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout. If you’re unable to add a message at checkout for any reason, email us your order number and gift message and we'll add the message for you.
Will the price be printed on the packaging slip?
No. We know many of these orders are gifts, so we never show prices anywhere in the shipping materials.
General Questions
Can I use a gift card?
Yes! To do so, please email office@deliciousfooddelivered.com and we'll place the order for you.
Are you real?
Yes! Delicious Food Delivered is run by the same people behind Milwaukee Food Tours, Chicago Food Tours, and Travel Deliciously. We know it is nerve-racking to place an order online and not know the seller. Please don't hesitate to call us directly at 262-853-5239 if you prefer to place the order by phone. You can also follow us on Facebook or read our online reviews for further confidence before placing your order.
If I wait and buy this next week, will it be sold out?
We've sold out three years in a row by November 15th, so we encourage you to place your orders before it’s too late. Once the gift boxes are sold out, they’re gone until next year. If you want us to hold the purchase and ship it at a later date, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
When will my items ship?
Orders placed by Monday, November 21 will ship by Thanksgiving. U.S. delivery takes 2-5 days depending on the destination.
Can I order now but delay delivery until closer to Christmas?
Our holiday gift boxes sell out quickly, and we understand you want to secure your order in time, but may want your box delivered later. If so, please forward us your confirmation email, let us know when you’d like your box delivered, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I order multiple boxes going to multiple places in the same order?
If you are ordering fewer than five boxes, we encourage you to create a separate order for each box being ordered. This allows you to receive an individual tracking number for each order.
If you are buying five or more boxes going to multiple addresses, you can purchase them in one order. Once you receive your confirmation, please forward it to us with the shipment details for each box. Please include the recipient names, mailing addresses, and gift messages for each box. We will handle the rest to ship it out for you.
Do you offer international shipping, or shipping to Hawaii and Alaska?
We do offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, though there will be an extra charge at checkout to ship to these states.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. It’s a little too much for us to manage and do well! We encourage you to have your order delivered to you and then ship it overseas on your own. To help you calculate postage if you choose to ship internationally yourself, our advent boxes weigh 6 lbs with dimensions of 21” high x 14” wide x 4” deep.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need us to ship your order right away, just shoot us an email and we'll make sure to put you at the front of the shipping list.
